This online seminar will present legislative, operational and judicial cooperation developments in the fight against environmental crime at EU and national level, in particular within the context of organised crime. The key topics of discussion will revolve around EU policy, environmental criminal trends in the EU, organized crime involvement, challenges faced by law enforcement, judicial cooperation, and the processes of detecting and prosecuting environmental crimes.

Judges, prosecutors and law enforcement officers, as well as policy officers active in the detection and combatting of environmental and organised crime will be among the attendants of the seminar.
